Our returns policy is simple and designed to provide you with exceptional products and customer satisfaction.
We will return for credit, any product that is found damaged or spoiled at time of delivery. After delivery, our credit and return policy is limited and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
For Bounty Box Subscription orders please send a message to email@example.com with any product quality concerns or if you find that a product is missing from your order.
For wholesale order when your delivery arrives, you should:
Review and verify that the items delivered agree between your delivery receipt and order confirmation
Identify any items to return for credit due to damage or spoilage and communicate with the driver
If a product is short on delivery, please communicate with the driver
Once you have verified your order, less any items you return, please sign the packing slip legibly
Refunds are not available if you neglect proper storage of items upon receipt at your establishment
Note: A signed delivery receipt says that all products delivered were up to the standard that is expected.
